Data controller<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The controller of your personal data is Profibra sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Pet\u0151fiego 113, 31-712 Krak\u00f3w, Poland, KRS 0000388105, NIP (tax ID) 6783134598 (hereinafter: \"we\"). For personal data matters you can contact us by e-mail: zamowienia@profibra.pl, by phone: 693 882 836 or in writing at our registered office address.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What data we process and where we get it from<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you order in the shop: name and surname, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, the selected InPost parcel locker and, if you order as a business, the company name, tax ID (NIP) and company address.<\/li>\n<li>When you order via Allegro: the data Allegro passes on to us to fulfil the order (including invoicing data).<\/li>\n<li>When you contact us: the data provided in your message (e.g. e-mail address, the content of an enquiry, complaint or return).<\/li>\n<li>You give payment data (e.g. card number, bank login details) directly to the payment operator - we do not receive or store it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing data is voluntary, but without the data needed for an order we cannot conclude and perform the contract or issue an invoice.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Purposes and legal bases of processing<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>concluding and performing the sales contract - accepting the order, shipping, handling payment, contacting you about the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),<\/li>\n<li>issuing invoices, including in the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) for businesses, and keeping accounts (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR - legal obligation),<\/li>\n<li>handling returns and complaints (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and establishing, pursuing and defending claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest),<\/li>\n<li>replying to messages sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),<\/li>\n<li>ensuring the security and proper operation of the shop and basic statistics - e.g. which website you came from before placing an order (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for cookies other than strictly necessary ones, on the basis of your consent given in the banner).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We share data only to the extent needed to fulfil your order and our obligations:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LH.pl - hosting of the shop and e-mail,<\/li>\n<li>Fakturownia - invoicing software (the invoice is also sent to you by e-mail),<\/li>\n<li>Furgonetka.pl - a parcel shipping service, and the carrier (InPost) - to the extent of the data needed for delivery,<\/li>\n<li>PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) - for online payments; the payment operator also processes data as a separate controller,<\/li>\n<li>Allegro - for orders placed via Allegro (Allegro is a separate controller of its users' data),<\/li>\n<li>the Polish Ministry of Finance - for invoices issued in KSeF,<\/li>\n<li>the accounting firm that keeps our books,<\/li>\n<li>public authorities - where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shop uses Google Fonts. When they load, your browser connects to Google's servers, which learn your device's IP address; Google may also process this data outside the EEA, on the basis of the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (including the European Commission's decision on the USA). We do not transfer any other data outside the EEA.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How long we keep data<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>invoices and accounting documents - 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired,<\/li>\n<li>order data - for the duration of the contract and then until the warranty and limitation periods for claims expire,<\/li>\n<li>correspondence - until the matter is closed and, if it may be needed for claims, until they become time-barred,<\/li>\n<li>data processed on the basis of consent - until you withdraw it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and restrict its processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal (you can change your cookie settings in the consent banner). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile customers.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shop uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (cart, ordering process, remembering your consent settings) and - if you agree - statistical cookies. On your first visit we display a banner in which you can accept or reject individual categories (apart from the necessary ones); you can change your settings at any time.
