A natural, live gluten-free rice sourdough starter for home and professional baking of gluten-free bread<\/a>. It is made by natural fermentation of gluten-free flour and water. It supports the natural fermentation of the dough, giving bread a characteristic aroma and a deeper flavour.<\/p>\n

Use<\/h3>\n

For baking sourdough bread - in the oven or in a bread machine. Recommended ratio: 320 ml of sourdough per 500 g of bread mix.<\/p>\n
