gluten-free mix<\/a><\/li>\n<li>30 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>5 g salt<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>350 g milk<\/li>\n<li>A little oil (for frying)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put the dry ingredients in a bowl: the mix, sugar and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Add the eggs and milk.<\/li>\n<li>Mix thoroughly to get a smooth batter without lumps.<\/li>\n<li>Pour portions of batter into a hot frying pan with a little oil.<\/li>\n<li>Fry on both sides until
