As a result it is high in fibre and nutritional value, and it handles souring and yeast-free fermentation much better than many similar mixes on the market.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg of mix: <a href=\"https:\/\/profibra.pl\/en\/product\/dobra-razowa-mieszanka-chlebowa-bezglutenowa\/\">Dobra Razowa<\/a><\/li>\n<li>20 g salt<\/li>\n<li>20 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>40 g oil<\/li>\n<li>40 g yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 litre water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly: 2 minutes on low speed, then 4 minutes on high speed.<\/li>\n<li>After kneading, transfer the dough into tins, filling them to about half their height.<\/li>\n<li>Put the tins in a warm, humid place, for example a proofing cabinet, or cover them with a perspex sheet (as in the video with Dobra Jasna mix).<\/li>\n<li>After about 40-50 minutes put the bread into the preheated oven. Before baking, add steam to the oven.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at about 220\u00b0C for about 40 minutes. Your bread is ready.
