In taste and texture they are practically the same as traditional butter cookies.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g of mix: <a href=\"https:\/\/profibra.pl\/en\/product\/dobra-jasna-mieszanka-chlebowa-bezglutenowa\/\">Dobra Jasna<\/a><\/li>\n<li>250 g butter<\/li>\n<li>200 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 level teaspoons of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>optional: cocoa, nuts, vanilla or other favourite extras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the butter into cubes and leave it at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Add the remaining ingredients and the extras of your choice. Mix and knead everything thoroughly until you get a smooth, pliable dough.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 4-5 mm and cut out cookies in any shapes you like.<\/li>\n<li>Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in an oven preheated to 180\u00b0C for about 20 minutes, until lightly golden.<\/li>\n<li>Once baked, leave to cool.
