The ProFibra brand stands for gluten-free and low-protein PKU food technology. We started in 2004, prompted by the limited access to high-quality breads, pastas, concentrates and flour mixes for people on elimination diets.
Our beginnings
One of our greatest achievements at that time was developing the Extra all-purpose flour concentrates - the products were very well received and won numerous awards. By 2010 we had developed hundreds of gluten-free and low-protein products. The experience and technological know-how we gained contributed to the growth of companies that are still active on the Polish market today.
Back to our roots
After a break of more than ten years, we decided to return to designing and developing our own gluten-free and low-protein products. Our goal is to keep improving our flour concentrates, taking into account today's technological, quality and nutritional requirements.
Where we are heading today
The main focus of the ProFibra brand is producing and selling specialist gluten-free and low-protein flours and concentrates. Our offer is aimed both at individual customers and at small businesses interested in running local bakeries and supplying high-quality products to the residents of their towns and cities.

We are aware that producing gluten-free and low-protein food comes with a special responsibility. These are areas that require a high level of food safety, well-organised production processes and consistent compliance with strict quality, hygiene and technological procedures.
ProFibra combines many years of experience, technological know-how and a fresh look at the needs of today's consumers. We create products that are safe, functional, tasty and accessible - both for people on specialist diets and for local entrepreneurs developing their own bakeries.
