Gluten-free rice-based white borscht (traditional Polish sour soup) with a classic, distinctive taste, made by natural fermentation. Naturally soured, so it needs no pasteurisation.
Use
Stir the concentrate well and pour it into 1.5-2 l of boiling water. Bring to the boil and season to taste - you can add salt, pepper, marjoram, allspice, bay leaf or garlic. Thickening is a natural feature of this product.
